This is personal training like you've never experienced it before. With online training, you get 24/7 access to me, your coach, for questions, concerns, support or just someone to celebrate a win with! You will follow along to a workout program that is built specifically for you, keeping in mind any injuries, complications, or limitations and with a nutrition plan geared towards supporting your goals. My nutrition help is Macronutrient based with a major focus on protein to help support the work that you are putting in with workouts. My goal is to have you creating life long habits that will keep you living your happiest and healthiest life right now and well into your nineties!

Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Coach

I'm a former professional dancer and successful studio owner that currently lives in NYC with my husband and 3 boys. My turning point came during the pandemic when I struggled with my role as mom, wife, teacher, housekeeper....all the things....I felt invisible and insignificant. The only time that I felt connected to the best version of myself was when I was challenging myself in a workout. Lifting weights became my therapy.

One day, after an incredibly difficult zoom Kindergarten session with my son, I went on an angry power walk just about ready to walk away from it all. I had lost all sense of who I was. I wasn't dancing anymore. I wasn't running a business. I wasn't teaching dance classes (which I loved) I wasn't even a glimpse of my former self.

 

I sat down and thought about the things that made me happy NOW. All that came to mind was that tiny piece of time that was mine...during my workouts. So I made the decision right then and there to change my life. I was going to get certified as a personal trainer and start my life as an educator to women about the power of a good workout. Not only for your physical body, but for your mental health as well. My vision is one of sustainable, lasting change...Long term gains here!. I want you to connect to the power within yourself during that one hour or less a day and learn to change the track of negative self talk to pushing yourself as your own best cheerleader!

 

You will begin to see your transformation first from the inside (where it matters most) and then your body will shower you will love in the form of lovely toned and strong muscles. You will learn more about yourself and what you are capable of... The transformation of "I don't think I can"...to "watch me do this."

How Can I Work With You?

One on one training in 3 different levels of coaching. You can choose Nutrition Only, Personal Training Only, or Full Coaching! I also offer Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced levels!
